Plant Based Recipes

Yes, I have turned into a plant-based eater and I'm really getting into the swing of things it has been a hard year. Even my husband has converted we are both feeling the benefits.

It really has been one of the most challenging things we have done, to stop eating how you have been brought up (meat and 3 vegs) is more difficult than it sounds.

With this lifestyle change, we have also had a re-look at most things we eat. We are attempting to make more from scratch and having fewer packet foods in our house and reducing refined sugar.

I have to give a mention to my household appliances that have made it easy for me because I'm a quilter NOT A Cook...
  • Pressure cooker
  • Food Processor
  • Thermomix (not really required but fabulous for absent-minded cooks)
I hate cooking, but we do have to eat and I can't really buy fast food anymore. I have re-introduced myself with that room that has all the food in it to make something nutritious.

Anyway, anyone trying to live a little healthier here is some of my most used recipes.
